Glastonbury Festival ends

The Glastonbury Festival ends today. I would have loved to attend it but ....

Though it rained quite a bit and the place was muddy, it seems that it was not as bad as last years.

It’s gone very well, in spite of the rain and in spite of the mud. The drains have actually worked, believe it or not.

In case you didn't know the Festival is the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world. The first Festival was held on the day after Jimi Hendrix died, 19th September 1970 over a two day period.

There were a lot of great bands this year and I watched them live on TV. The legedary Who played today.
